Scholarship Nomination Form

The CCJHA offers scholarships to families experiencing financial hardship.

Any scholarship amount received is applied to the registration balance. There is a good faith minimum $50 required at the time of registration.

Families applying for a scholarship can choose the installment plan when registering to pay the initial $50 fee.

The window for scholarships for this season will remain open until October 1, 2025. If you have questions, please email the CCJHA Board at ccjhabod@gmail.com
