2019-20 DIBS Registration is Now Open

By CCJHA 07/30/2019, 9:15am EDT

Registration is now open for the CCJHA DIBS Concession volunteer site for the 2019-20 season. The DIBS site is used to schedule volunteer time at the Houghton County Fair and for concession shifts once the season gets underway. Parents are required to volunteer 8 hours per player or pay an opt-out fee of $175 per player (at the time of player registration). Failure to fulfill hours will result in a $30 fee for each hour owed at the end of the season.

Only one registration is needed per family, and it must be updated every season.

Houghton County Fair Hours

We will once again be offering families the opportunity to work the gates at the Houghton County Fair as a way to fulfill up to half of their required volunteer hours. In order to claim any fair shifts this year, you will have to update your DIBS account. We will send an email with more details about the fair shifts in early August. This year's fair will be held August 22-25, 2019.

Visit https://ccjha.sportngin.com/register/form/734788348 to register for DIBS.

Teenage Concession Workers

By CCJHA Auxiliary 12/09/2015, 11:15am EST

If your teenage player is helping with concession hours, you as a parent MUST assist your player with the end of the shift responsibilities (Clean up, deposit).  We appreciate your volunteer work and the player involvement but each days activities can affect the next and we must complete all necessary tasks.
