Travel Hockey
What is Travel Hockey?
The CCJHA Travel hockey program places more emphasis on competition than the house league program. There is continued stressing of the philosophy of enhanced skill development. Some associations refer to these programs as their “competitive” league.
These teams play an average of 40 to 60 games per year. Games are played locally with U.P. associations, as well as weekend travel throughout WI, MN, and lower Michigan.

Tryouts for the 2026-2027 season will be held in September.
2026-2027 Travel Team Head Coaches
CCJHA is currently accepting applications for head coaches for the 2026-2027 season at the following age divisions:
- 10U A
- 10U AA
- 12U A
- 12U AA
- 14U A
- 14U AA
Applications must be received by April 24, 2026. Applicants should expect to have an in-person interview with the Travel Committee.
