CCJHA Officials Registration
Thank you for your interest in being a CCJHA official.
All officials must register for the 2025-2026 season. If you have not renewed your credentials for 2025-2026, you may use your 2025-2026 credentials until November 30, 2025. After that date, you must have current 2025-2026 credentials to be scheduled for games.
Please note that USA Hockey has changed their deadlines for Officials Registration.
- Submission of USA Hockey Officiating Membership applications for the 2025-2026 Season begins on June 3, 2025 and ends on October 31, 2025.
- All 2025-2026 Officiating Memberships must be completed by December 31, 2025. No referee cards and sweater crests will be issued after this date.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email to register for our scheduling system Assignr. Please double check to make sure your email address is correct.

Ages
Officials must be at least 11 years old.
When
The season runs from September 1 through the middle of March.
Where
The CCJHA plays at Dee Stadium, HOCO Arena, and the John MacInnes Student Ice Arena.
Equipment
Officials must provide their own uniform and equipment.

2025-2026
Thank you for your interest in being a CCJHA official.
Please fill out the registration in its entirety. If you are a new referee to the CCJHA, you will need to provide your USA Hockey Officials ID number and upload a photo of your Crest and Card.
If you are a returning referee from the prior season, your credentials are valid until November 30. After that date, you must provide your new crest and card for the current to continue to work for the remainder of the season.
